A user is a member who can be added to a teamspace for collaboration. Permissions vary based on the role assigned within the teamspace. Each user counts as one paid seat on Starter and Team plans.

If you reach your storage limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade your plan, purchase additional storage, or free up space. Your existing files remain accessible, but you won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or upgrade your plan.

Yes. You can invite external guests on all plans. Guests can collaborate with your team without occupying a paid seat.

When you add a member, a new seat is billed on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current billing cycle. When you remove a member, the seat is removed immediately and a prorated credit is applied to your account. This credit will be automatically deducted from your next invoice.

Additional seats are billed on a prorated basis, based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle.

Only the account owner and organization members with Admin or Super Admin roles can add paid users to the organization.

When you start a free trial, you get full access to Mixup's features for 14 days. To begin, you'll need to add a payment method and choose either a monthly or annual plan. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before the end of the trial to avoid billing. After the 14 days, you'll be automatically enrolled in the plan you selected (monthly or annual) and billed accordingly.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
